A little curiosity. A lot of awesome.

Stay curious.

Editorial Standards

Curiosity, with context.

Our editorial aim is to trace stories to original sources, explain what makes them remarkable, and say what is verified and what remains uncertain.

Look behind the wow

We seek to identify the original creator, place, product or event. We distinguish commercial products from concepts, prototypes and demonstrations. Record claims need evidence; photographs and videos need context.

Images and video

We use original, licensed or appropriately permitted media and suitable official embeds. Illustrations and AI-generated media should be labelled. A creator credit does not replace permission.

Commercial transparency

Affiliate relationships and paid partnerships will be disclosed where they appear. Featuring a product does not mean we have tested it.

Responsible coverage

Extreme feats are covered as stories, not instructions to attempt dangerous activities. Wildlife coverage should respect animal welfare.

Corrections

Material corrections will be identified in the affected article. Sources should be linked close to the claims they support.
